How branding is done
We apply your logo in-house. The method depends on the product, and we recommend one for every item in your quotation:
UV printing for most products, including plastic pens, notebooks, boxes and rigid items.
Laser engraving for metal pens, awards and trophies.
Sublimation for ceramic mugs.
UV DTF for fabric bags, textiles and apparel.
Embroidery for apparel and caps.
Every order gets an artwork proof before production starts. Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) for the cleanest result; see our guide on vector vs raster files.
Quantities, prices and lead time
Minimum order: typically 20 pieces per item. Some items have a different minimum, stated on the product page.
Prices on the website: per piece, before branding and before VAT.
Branding cost: depends on the item, the size of the logo and the method. It is itemised on your quotation.
Quotation: within 24 hours for projects in Egypt; 2 to 3 business days for custom overseas briefs.
Lead time: stated on every quotation in working days, counted from artwork approval. Rush production can be arranged on request.
Samples: available on a paid basis. Ask your account manager.
How an order runs
Brief: tell us the occasion, the quantity, the budget band and the date you need the gifts in hand. Use the quote form or call the office.
Quotation: a priced list with a recommended branding method per item, sent within 24 hours.
Proof: we send an artwork proof showing your logo on each product. Nothing is produced until you approve it.
Production: branding runs in our own facility in Cairo.
Delivery: to your office, warehouse or event venue in Cairo and across Egypt.
