Absolutely. Our Cairo showroom holds a curated selection of products you can review in person, with our team on hand to help you identify the right ideas for your brief. Please call us in advance to arrange your visit so we can prepare for you. Coffee is on us.

Yes, our database is updated daily to reflect all new product launches and the latest promotions.

Branding costs are calculated based on three factors: • The product itself and its decoration surface • The size of your logo or artwork • The branding technique used (UV printing, silk screen printing, laser engraving, embroidery, sublimation, or UV DTF) After you share your brief, our team will recommend the most suitable technique and provide a detailed cost estimate.

Your organization's logo is always the primary element. Beyond that, the most effective additions are: Contact details and website URL A concise tagline or brand message Inspirational or motivational messaging Social media handles Our team can advise on the right combination based on the product, the audience, and the available branding area.

We do not offer branding as a standalone service for products sourced externally. All branding is performed on items supplied through TePee - X to ensure consistent quality control across material, decoration technique, and finish.

Our displayed product prices exclude both branding costs and VAT. This pricing structure reflects how most agencies and corporate clients in Egypt prefer to work — receiving products either unbranded or with branding handled as a separate line item, with VAT applied per project requirements. For a complete quote that includes branding, VAT, and any customization, please contact our sales team.

You receive your quotation the same working day (a request sent after working hours is answered the next working day). Custom-made and imported (overseas) items are quoted the same working day too; making or importing them usually takes 15 to 30 days from order confirmation. If you have a tighter deadline, let us know — we'll prioritize accordingly.

An effective promotional product aligns with the recipient's values and the message you want to leave behind. When selecting items, consider: Your customers' or recipients' needs and interests Your organization's marketing and strategic goals Your budget and ROI expectations Your brand positioning (sustainable, premium, high-tech, classic) The desired reach (mass-distribution items vs. low-quantity, highly targeted gifts) The distribution channel (event handout, mailed kit, executive gift, retail incentive) Contact us to speak with one of our account managers — we'll suggest options matched to your brief and your budget.
